Our current clientele consists of tertiary and community hospitals along with prominent medical groups, physicians and other health care providers in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

Our present practice is devoted to representing health care providers in medical malpractice actions in Massachusetts and Rhode Island Superior Courts, as well as handling appeals before all Appellate Courts in the Commonwealth and Rhode Island. In addition to medical malpractice defense, we also have an active health law litigation practice in which we represent doctors before the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine and the Rhode Island Department of Health, Division of Licensure and Discipline, and provide other services to our clients with respect to managed care, medical staffing, credentialing, confidentiality of health care information and peer review issues.
